The lightweight MT output can easily approach the heated workpiece and flexibly change the position and angle of the induction heating coil. The rated power output of each circuit is 18KW, and the maximum power output is 25KW. The compact output transformer is connected with the inverter unit through a water-cooled flexible cable with a length of 5 meters. In addition, the output unit is also equipped with grounding device and leakage detection.
● The series resonant induction heating power supply with IGBT new commutation technology has natural short circuit/open circuit resistance. At the same time, it has very wide matching characteristics. For common single turn inductor or ordinary fork inductor, it can achieve stable and sufficient energy output. Modular design is adopted inside, which provides convenience for maintenance and overhaul on the premise of keeping simple and compact inside the box.
● The color touch screen man-machine interface is adopted, and the working parameters are displayed completely. The device can start and stop and set power in different working modes such as HMI (local panel)/EXT (external). The regulation mode can be current regulation, power regulation or program control (curves of power, current and other parameters relative to time). Eight programs can be preset, and each program can have 16 segments. At the same time, the internal energy monitoring function is also integrated, which can be used for energy counting and monitoring under the program operation mode.
