How to install filtration and drainage device for liquid feeder

The reason of installing filter on LNG dispenser is analyzed. As the air pressure pipeline contains water, the compressed air enters the dryer equipment after being pressurized by the air compressor, and then enters the air pressure pipe network after being filtered by the molecular sieve of the dryer. If the air pressure pipe is buried too long, LNG cryogenic liquid pipeline and pneumatic pipeline will be buried in the dispenser together. Pneumatic pipeline is a steel pipe used for long-term low-temperature water production. Water can produce rust and dirt.
In serious cases, this usually leads to abnormal opening and closing of the pneumatic valve of the dispenser:
① The air in the pneumatic pipeline enters the solenoid valve and is blocked by water and dirt, causing the solenoid valve to be damaged and unable to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve;

② The water and dirt in the gas in the pneumatic pipeline enter the cylinder of the pneumatic valve, lose the lubricity and dirt, damage the air tightness of the cylinder, cause the abnormal opening and closing of the valve core, and directly affect the opening and closing of the valve.
This will lead to the abnormal opening and closing of the pneumatic valve of the dispenser, which usually occurs in many old gas stations buried by long pipes. At present, there is no good solution. It is recommended to place a short air pressure pipe and separate it from the cryogenic pipe.
A compressed air filter and an oil-water separator are installed at the inlet of the air pressure pipe of the dispenser. The air pressure through the filter enters the solenoid valve and pneumatic valve, which can reduce water pollution.
The dispenser is equipped with filter and drainage device. The improved advantages reduce the failure maintenance of solenoid valve and pneumatic valve. The gas with water in the pneumatic pipeline flows into the filter water cup and is discharged by pressing it with your hand. Water and dirt will not enter the solenoid directly. Valve and pneumatic valve can ensure the service life and accurate measurement data of solenoid valve and pneumatic valve.
After one week of use, the water in the dispenser will not directly enter the solenoid valve and pneumatic valve, reducing the impact of pressure water on the service time of the solenoid valve and pneumatic valve, reducing the abnormal opening and closing of the pneumatic valve. The dispenser is equipped with a filter and drainage device, which can better solve this problem.
